Tom Sachs' lunar chess set for a zero gravity game

Astronauts are extremely intelligent people, but have you ever thought of what they would be doing if they are bored in zero gravity and can't really step out for a stroll?
Well, some artists care and so artist's studio in New York City has come out with limited edition chess sets for these lonely souls from Tom Sachs. The pieces feature rare-earth neodymium magnets and a high-mass 5 lbs felt-covered lead base to stay firm on the board. This stunning set priced at $12965 features black cosmonauts pitted against white astronauts in a lunar style chess set. The pieces spot names crafted by hand, and also come with three landing legs customized for the magnetic lunar surface.
